Mini strawberry cupcakes!

Hello and assalamualaikum! 

I'm back again today and today's post is gonna be another recipe but I promise you this recipe will turn out good.Not like the previous recipe.Today's recipe is like you read above,mini cupcakes.Actually,I wanted to finish this one strawberry powder I bought a few months ago and it still existed till before I bake! It's very sweet and we don't very like it.I bought it for icing,frosting and all but it didn't really suit our taste so yeah.I've tried on biscuits but nahh just too sweet.I don't like super sweet food,I don't like super sour food,I don't like super salty food but I do like super spicy food hmm yums!

So,let's get started!

Ingredients you're gonna need :

1. 1 cup of butter

2. 1 cup of sugar

3. 4 eggs

5. 2 cups of plain flour

6. 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

7. A teaspoon of vanilla essence

If you don't have the strawberry powder,you can just use the ingredients above because this is basically a butter cake lol.

Method :

1.Preheat the oven to 180C,place your cupcake cases in your trays and if you don't have cupcake cases or trays,just pour the batter in a greased cake tin.

2. Mix the butter and the sugar until the colour becomes pale.

3. Add the eggs one at a time.Add one then mix and continue with the rest.

4. Add the vanilla essence to get rid the eggs' smell.You don't want your cake to smell like egg okay lol.

5. Pour in the sifted flour and the baking powder gradually to make your cake fluffy.Do not just pour everything at a time.If you don't want to use many utensils,you can put a sieve on your bowl and pour one cup of flour with the baking powder then you have to use a folding technique to make sure your cake will be fluffy.Then,add another cup of flour and continue folding the batter until the dry ingredients are well mixed.

6. Put them in the cases and bake them for about 40-45 minutes but since mine are small so I only baked them for about 30-35 minutes.Depends :)

am I a youtuber now?

Hello and assalamualaikum everyone!

It's been a long time,right hehe well you know,my life has been quite hectic with PT3 but now it has ended and I'm now as free as a bird ! I'm so happy plus the sudden day offs because of our bad haze.It's really bad and my house now looks like the house in Genting Highland even in the afternoon.

I actually wanted to blog a long time ago (I planned to blog RIGHT AFTER I got home after the last day of exam hehe) but well you guys know,as always,I was so lazy and I kept procrastinating till now.Luckily I don't have anything to do now so I thought,why not I blog something just to let you know that I'm still alive despite this bad weather lol

So,yesterday I had a fun day with my friend.We were just chilling and chatting about serious stuff HAHA we normally just talk rubbish and not informative things,well it's informative bcs it's about baes lol

Then,there was a kitten in her house didn't know how to find a way out but both of us were scared of it especially me because I don't like animals much but turned out I was braver than her :P We even brought 2 umbrellas with us to chase the kitten out! Her kitchen has two doors,one door is to the kitchen and another door is from the kitchen to the outside world :3 so she planned,I closed the first door so the kitten can't escape and she will run to the another door and just sprint from there BUT it turned out the otherwise.

"Zaaba,kau la buka pintu" "NO! Taknak!" "Okay kita buka dua-dua" *cried silently in the heart*

But we didn't hear meows anymore so we came to a conclusion that the kitten has gone lol.

Mission is completed haha.

After having another chat (you can tell how much we love talking,we never stop talking) , we planned to make a video and uploaded it on youtube but only for us to watch though.There's no way I'm gonna upload it because we lame AF hahahah.

So,we did 3 videos at a time HAHA our videos are so GOOD and they don't have to be edited.We are youtube expert guys! And each video is not too long either so it's just nice we could upload it right away :D We did bestfriend tag,weird question tags and bae tag.It was fun hahaha I wanna do it again,maybe next time,right? :D

So,I have to go back and she kinda sent me (she was hungry,that's why) to my mum's school.We,hm i mean she (lol I'm broke after puchasing Joe's book) bought maggi on the way and it was freaking hot we couldn't sip the kuah.Kuah maggi is the best even though it's full of chemicals but lol the noodles itself has a lot of chemicals so there's no in between.

The day ended like that.We had so much fun haha

I wanna go now because I'm sleepy and I may go to sleep or watch anything first.Do you guys have any movie/drama suggestion for me to watch? If yes,please tell me alright because I really have nothing else to do than fattening myself.

Today's blog post will be slightly different because what I'm going to be writing today is ..

A RECIPE! 

I baked Tanya Burr's cookies yersterday but I changed the recipe a little bit on how I like it to be so go check her blog out! It's simply beautiful! :)

Haha I'm not lying,it actually tastes good but I don't know if the texture is correct because from what I watched on youtube,their batter becomes dry after they have mixed all of the dry ingredients but mine is like .. hm how do I say this,tak lembut that it could fall off your hands but it's not dry either so comprehend it yourself hehe.

So,let's get started!

The ingredients that you're gonna need

(the ingredients below is the changed ones so if you want to try the original one,you can click 'Tanya Burr's cookies' above)

200g butter

193g brown sugar

1 large egg

275 plain flour

75g cocoa powder (I didn't add in this though because I currently don't have any)

a little dash of milk

Chocolate bars (any choc you like)

Method :

1. Mix the butter and the sugar till the sugar dissolves

2. Crack in the egg and mix

3. Put in the dry ingredients bit by bit so your cookies won't be hard 

4. Add a dash of milk if your mixture is looking dry but I don't know what's wrong with my mixture!

5. Break up all your chocolates and throw them in the mixture.

6. Pick a handful of the cookie dough and put it onto your tray and continue with the rest of the cookie dough.

So,here let me tell you what I've changed on this recipe (this must be also one of the reasons why my mixture didn't turn out dry) 

I've changed the sugar and the quantity.It's supposed to be caster sugar but since I'm out of it now so I changed it to brown sugar.The original recipe is 300g but I wanted it to be 200g only but my brown sugar wasn't enough so,193g then haha.

I didn't use self-raising flour.

 I only used one type of chocolate only because in the original recipe,she said to use white chocolate and milk chocolate but my sister bought the wrong white chocolate so milk chocolate only then :3

I didn't use cocoa powder either because also the same reason,I don't have it in my house currently (so my cookies are brown)

And another thing is,make sure to put a baking foil on your tray or your cookies will stick and do not put the cookie dough close together as it will spread.Or if you don't have a baking foil,you can use butter and spread it all over your tray.

This really does sound crappy,doesn't it? 

Haha do tell me if you try but just...be happy with how it will turn out like because it probably won't turn out as good as it looks on Tanya's blog

We got married!

Assalamualaikum and hello everyone!

I haven't been writing for so long!

I have something to write but I always tend to postpone and keep procrastinating so I'm sorry for that.

But today I want to write since I am just so excited!

Before this,I've never really understood how We Got Married works.I thought the episodes are specially for a couple.I mean,10 episodes for couple A,next 10 episodes for couple B but when I first watched it,I was like how is this working? I just want to watch this couple,I don't want to watch other couples because I started watching it when I was a fan of Kim Hyun Joong.He was paired with Hwang Bo.So,when I watched it I was like omg why aren't their parts played all the time?! I only want to watch them! 

When my friends are fangirling over certain couples on WGM,I was like "is it that good?" "What's so fun about that show?" They were all like "Yes! This couple bla bla is so cute! I ship them so much!" 

So,these days,I start to watch it back since I don't have anything else to watch.Youtube done,Running Man done (while I'm supposed to revise for PT3) I've also tried watching other shows but I just don't feel like watching them so I watch WGM since Sungjae is in there! OMG I LIKE HIM SINCE IN SCHOOL 2015. GO GIVE IT A WATCH! IT'S SUCH A GOOD DRAMA! 

But,what's not exciting about is,it really makes my heart hurts when I see him with Joy *cries a river* 

Like,he treats her so nicely that I feel like ripping my head off because it's just too sweet that my heart can handles.

I'm not the only one though.Some of my friends are like that too lol.

So,this one episode,a new couple appears and it's just so cute how the girl is so shy and all nervous to meet her husband.They have to meet at their new house and the girl arrives earlier than the boy so she waits anxiously and she's also very excited about it she couldn't sit down! 

She is nervous and so do I ! I was like ahhh when is he going to arrive?! Just come now because she's been waiting you anxiously!

I know I get too immersed in this show but I can't handle this.This new couple really makes me so excited because they are very shy but not annoyingly shy.It's cutely shy so that's why.

This is my first specifically fangirl post.All this while,I just slipped some fangirl notes in my posts.So,you may not really like this post but whatever,I'm just too excited I have to write it.

It's all about that guy

Hello and Assalamualaikum everyone!

I am so sleepy,like very because I have school tomorrow (play truant for one day only la) so I naturally become sleepy at this early hour while yesterday I could stay up longer but thinking that I would probably miss Subuh so yeah :) 

Today is a great day,indeed!

My friend and I had a movie date or to be more exact,Philippines date.

She found this one hot Filipino man and he's not just hot but

he's also cute

he's also handsome

he's also tough

he's also tall

he also has a sweet smile

he also has a good body 

I'm not going to give you pictures of him because first,I'm so lazy to google his pictures and second,everyone has different eyes so maybe I think he looks handsome in that particular picture but you don't think so and you will say that I'm just overacting while I'M NOT.HE REALLY IS OKAY!

We watched this one comedy romance movie called 'Bakit Hindi Ka Crush Ng Crush Mo'.It's so good,guys! Go give it a try and you're gonna find another movie of them,Xian Lim and Kim Chiu.I was told by my friend that they are shipped very hard in Philippines and the Filipinos are not wrong at all! They are really cute together!

We started to watch Philippines movies because of Xian Lim.He may be an a**hole in that movie but you can never resist him,guys.Believe me,I don't lie.

This is the main reason why we wanted to skip school today hahaha just because of a movie! We didn' even skip school when Drag Me Down mv was dropped,we didn't skip school when Drag Me Down was released but we skipped school today just because of this drama that stars Xian Lim :')))) what happened to us,guys? We are so into asians now hahahah One Direction who? Ceh no jk that will never happen,1D is still #1.

We also played a game where one of you who wanted to give questions and your friend has to answer on your behalf and you have to answer on your friend's behalf so it can prove whether you know many things about your friend or you just don't give a care at all lol.

Today is indeed a productive day,I must say :D

Little things

Assalamualaikum and hello!

Normally,I wouldn't be awake anymore at this hour but ahaa since tomorrow I take a whole day rest  (shh I play truant,don't tell the teachers),I suddenly get so energized like just drugged by a korean drama.Well,a little bit of korean dramas won't ruin my PT3 preparation,right? 

Because I really need one,I haven't watched them for so long! 

The last drama that I watched ALONE (I mean the drama that only me who watches it in the family) was School 2015.I totally suggest that drama! It really teaches you,students,about life and also motivates you to be a better person,in some way.

For me and my age now,I prefer to watch dramas or movies about friendship

(I'M LISTENING TO LITTLE THINGS RIGHT NOW [IT'S ALWAYS DANGEROUS WHEN I TURN ON THIS KIND OF SONG AT NIGHTIME BCS U KNOW,GIRLS YOU MUST KNOW WHY] AND ZAYN'S VOICE JUST SO OMGGGGG!!!)

because I think,that really suits our age and at this point of our life,our teenager life,we are surrounded with friends more than with family and maybe some of you prefer to tell your stories for example,about your baeS,crusheS(do emphasize the 'S' please lol),those poopers who always ruin your day just by looking at their faces with friends because you feel more comfortable since we have the same level of thinking.

The next thing is,I think,by watching friendship-y movies/dramas,it will kind of reflect how you treat,how you act towards your friends and what you truly feel about them.Sometimes you think you have treated your friends nicely but they don't think so.Sometimes you think you act fine but your friend doesn't think so.Sometimes,you actually miss your friend but you don't realize it.

Okay,this is getting far because I'm getting goosebumps writing these such posts.This isn't written because of anyone,it just suddenly popped out after I watch this one kdrama and it actually made me thinking about this.But if you like this kind of post,you can give a comment and I will consider writing stuff like this more :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO EVERYONE WHO WAS BORN ON 18TH OF AUGUST

Okay so this post is gonna be short.I wanted to post this at exactly 12am but guess I'm too late.

So,today is my birthday!! :D

I'm not expecting wishes or anything,it's just that I want,later on if I ever scroll down my blog,I can read this again and just,"oh so my 15th birthday went like this" lol 

And I wanna wish to myself a happy birthday and may Allah always bless me in everything I do.I'm a big girl now and 3 years more,I'm going to be 18 (I CAN FINALLY DRIVE YES!). 

Whenever you celebrate your birthday,don't you ever imagine of yourself being so adult in a few years more? Time flies very fast. I think I just took my UPSR last year (last year is less-exxegerating than yesterday since I never even thought about UPSR any longer) 

Birthdays are one of my favourite special days because I feel so special having everyone celebrating my birthday (you may say I'm an attention seeker but really,who doesn't love birthdays,right?) It only comes once in a year. It's not wrong for us to feel special for once in every year. 

And,G-Dragon from BigBang also has the same birthday as me! I liked him because of that hahahah HAPPY BIRTHDAY,KWON JI YOUNG.

This year's birthday is awesome yet the most stressful because my trial will start tomorrow. What is that? A present or what,teacher?

I planned to publish this at 12am but since I have to wait for like 15-20mins,I'll just publish it now.

So,this is the end of my birthday. Thank you everyone who wished me today ❤
